Leasing at BLOC

Leasing at BLOC is designed to be simple and flexible. With a variety of floor plans, lease terms, furnished options, and seasonal incentives, our team helps you find a home that fits your lifestyle.

  • How much is rent at BLOC?

    Rent at BLOC varies based on floor plan, square footage, lease term, and current availability. We offer a wide range of layouts to fit different lifestyles and budgets.


    You can view current apartment availability or contact our leasing team for up-to-date rates.

  • What utilities are included in rent at BLOC?

    BLOC includes high-speed, low-latency fiber internet with every apartment. 


    Electric is separately billed through Xcel Energy and each unit has their own meter.  


    Water, sewer, garbage is managed through Anchor Utility. Water & sewer charges are calculated by apartment occupancy; garbage is divided among apartments. 


    Charges are added to your account on the 25th and can be paid with your rent on the 1st.


    Our furnished units include all utilities inclusive of the additional furnishing fee.

  • What lease lengths are available at BLOC?

    BLOC offers a variety of lease lengths.


    Unfurnished Apartments

    • 3, 6, 9, 12, or 14 months

    Leases less than 12 months will carry an additional fee. 


    Furnished Apartments

    • 3, 6, 9, 12, or 14 months

    Fully furnished units carry an additional fee of $500 per month.


    Partially furnished units carry an additional fee of $250 per month.


  • Does BLOC offer furnished apartments?

    Yes. BLOC offers fully furnished and partially furnished apartments, ideal for executives, relocations, and extended stays.


    Furnished apartments at BLOC provide a hotel-quality experience with the comfort and convenience of a residential neighborhood.

    • Fully furnished units carry an additional fee of $500 per month
    • Partially furnished units carry an additional fee of $250 per month

    Furniture, housewares, and essentials are included. Availability is limited and offered on select units.


    Furnished apartments are available for stays as short as 3 months. Please contact our onsite team for more information.

    BLOC is proud to be a fiber internet connected building. Each apartment is connected to the fast, low-latency fiber internet.

Pets at BLOC

Your pets should feel at home, too. BLOC offers pet-friendly living with no breed or weight restrictions and amenities designed to support real life with animals.

  • Does BLOC allow pets?

    BLOC is proudly pet friendly and one of Fargo’s most pet-friendly communities. 


    We welcome pets with no breed or weight restrictions, and residents enjoy an oversized outdoor dog run plus an onsite dog wash to make everyday life easier for you and your pets.

  • Do you have pet amenities?

    Yes! BLOC has unique pet amenities!


    BLOC is a pet-friendly community that features great amenities to make your pets feel welcome.


    Our building features a fully-equipped pet spa including a low entry washing station. There's no cost to use the pet spa!


    BLOC offers an oversized outdoor dog run, where your pals can actually let off some steam. It's way MORE than your typical apartment pet area.


    BLOC is also conveniently located just down the street from a vet clinic, too.

  • Is there an additional fee for pets?

    Yes.

  • Is there a fee to use the Pet Spa?

    The pet spa at BLOC is FREE for our residents. 


    You will need to supply your own pet shampoo and towels.

  • Does BLOC have any pet breed or weight restrictions?

    BLOC is proudly pet friendly, with no breed or weight restrictions.

Parking at BLOC

Parking at BLOC is designed to be simple and stress-free. Every apartment includes underground parking, with flexible options available to fit your needs year-round.

  • How many parking spaces are included with each apartment?

    Every apartment at BLOC includes one underground parking space.


    Residents may add additional underground parking on a flexible basis, which is especially popular during the winter months.


    BLOC has a large surface parking lot that has space available on a first-come, first-served basis.


  • Is underground parking included?

    Every apartment at BLOC includes one underground parking space. 


    Residents may add additional underground parking on a flexible basis for $150 per month, which is especially popular during the winter months.

  • How much is underground parking?

    Every apartment at BLOC includes one space in our underground parking garage.


    Residents can request additional parking spaces for $150 per month. Additional parking spaces can be rented on a month-by-month basis.

  • Is there a height restriction for underground parking?

    BLOC features two levels of underground parking.


    Our main level is accessible to vehicles up to 8.5 feet tall. Our lower level parking garage can accomodate vehicles up to 7.5 feet in height.

  • Is there guest parking?

    Yes! BLOC has a large unreserved parking lot that is available for guests.

  • Can I park outside?

    BLOC has a large outdoor parking lot with spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.


    There is no charge for outdoor parking spaces.

    App-controlled entry, lightning-fast fiber internet, and modern work-from-home spaces complete an amenity experience designed around how people actually live.

  • Do the amenities have an additional charge?

    All amenities are included with your apartment at BLOC. 


    For the mini mart, purchases may be made with any major payment method.


    The pet spa is fully equpped - just bring your towels and pet shampoo.

  • How do I pay for items in the Mini Mart?

    BLOC offers a mini mart, stocked with your favorite snacks and healthy options like Fargo-based Power Plate Meals. Even better? It’s open 24/7.


    Residents can setup an account to have purchases charged to their rent account. Additionally, residents can choose to use debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Wallet while checking out.


  • What kind of items are stocked in the Mini Mart?

    The BLOC mini-mart is stocked with a wide array of sundries, snacks, meals, and beverages.


    Looking for a quick bite for lunch or dinner? The Mini Mart has frozen entrees, too.

  • What parking is available for furnished apartments?

    Every apartment at BLOC includes one parking space in our indoor/underground parking garage. 


    The parking garage is heated and secured, making it the perfect place to store your car when traveling away from BLOC.
